Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2005 into the healthcare team of a large City law firm and spent four years there before joining Ridouts in July 2009 and appointed partner in 2010.  She provides regulatory and compliance advice to providers of health and social care.

Caroline has extensive experience of drafting responses to regulator compliance reviews and inspection reports with many successes in securing changes to reports.  She has experience of the appeal process against regulator proposals and decisions, from the representation stage through to appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal.  Caroline provides advice and legal opinions on the acquisition and divestment of health and social care businesses including care homes, children’s homes and residential special schools.
 
Outside work Caroline enjoys going to the theatre, taking part in dance classes and making the most of what London has to offer.
