Sandra qualified as a legal book-keeper in 1998, with the former ILCA, now the Institute of Legal Finance Managers (ILFM) an organisation responsible for  training and supporting legal accounts personnnel. A former executive council member, she has assisted with the recognition of the ILCA qualification being the route to train legal accounts personnel in solicitors’ practices.

Sandra has worked extensively in various law firms and held various positions ranging from Practice Manager to Financial Controller.

She joined Ridouts in 2007 as a Consultant Finance Manager and is responsible for ensuring the firm meets the strict criteria of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Rules by maintaining robust books of accounts.

Away from Ridouts, Sandra manages a small book-keeping company assisting other law firms with their accounts and also works as business/lifestyle coach to sole practitioners and small businesses.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys dancing, reading, karate and sport.
