Barbican ISA to Help the ‘most vulnerable’ in UK Care Homes

A new Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) has been launched to invest in specialist care homes, therefore supporting some of the most vulnerable in UK care homes.

The Barbican ISA is a three-year bond that will support over 83 specialist care homes owned by the Barbican Group, whilst offering investors annual returns of up to 7%, due to the 7% tax free, fixed interest rate per annum that has been agreed. All finances will go towards refurbishing current care homes, in addition to improving the management and structure of each of these care homes.

The Barbican Group have said:-
