CQC consultation on proposed changes to its guidance on the Market Oversight scheme

The CQC is proposing to make changes to its guidance on the Market Oversight scheme.

CQC wish to revise its current guidance “to streamline and strengthen it” to better reflect their legal duties and their experience of running Market Oversight from the first five years of the scheme.

CQC is seeking stakeholder views and feedback on the changes they are proposing in a consultation ending at 12noon on 19 October 2020.
