CQC publishes guidance on Key Lines of Enquiry

CQC has today published guidance for providers and managers of adult social care regarding its new approach to regulating services, including information about registration and fees.

The guidance relates to key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) and characteristics of each rating level. The following guidance in relation to community services and residential services has been published:
