Ridouts is delighted to announce the promotion of three of its lawyers. From 1 August 2020, Anna-Maria Lemmer is promoted to Associate and Laura Paton promoted to Senior Associate. This is in addition to the promotion of Caroline Barker, last month, to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Ridouts’ is a firm of specialist lawyers who provide legal, operational and strategic advice to providers of health and social care who are faced with matters that could negatively impact their businesses, such as poor CQC inspections, enforcement action, safeguarding and commissioner fee disputes.
A high-quality team of expert lawyers is integral to helping providers to find solutions, defences and positive outcomes to, often, commercially damaging situations. The promotion of Anna, Laura and Caroline further strengthens Ridouts’ offering and reflects the Firm’s desire to invest in its team to continue building strong and long-lasting client relationships.
