- Hope acted for a rehabilitation hospital which had been issued with an inspection report and an overall rating of ‘Good’. She drafted representations that resulted in the overall rating being increased to ‘Outstanding’.
- Hope recently acted for a large health and social care provider in an inquest into the death of a service user. The Coroner had concerns about the treatment provided during the service users’ time with the provider. Under a tight deadline she guided the provider through the inquest process, prepared the witnesses and attended the inquest for support, assisting with any potential Preventing Future Deaths concerns resulting in none being issued.
- Hope recently acted for a residential care service which had been issued with an inspection report and an overall rating of ‘Requires Improvement’. The Home had received two ‘Goods’ and three ‘Requires Improvements’. She drafted representations that resulted in all three ‘Requires Improvements’ being increased to ‘Good’ and the overall rating increasing to ‘Good’.
Outside of work Hope enjoys live music and keeping fit.
