Monica joined Ridouts in March 2020 as an Executive Administrator. She has a diverse administrative background with experience in the Public and Private Healthcare, as well as working for a Healthcare Regulator and a Chartered Body.
Experienced in a variety of administrative duties including streamlining processes across a range of sectors and internal departments, she assists Fee-Earners and the Accounts Team on daily tasks and is the first point of contact for the firm.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys travelling, make up and beauty and has recently taken up kickboxing as a new hobby.
