Nythan joined Ridouts in November 2013 as a Paralegal and progressed to becoming a trainee. He qualified as a Solicitor in April 2018. Nythan graduated from Hull University with a degree in law and has several years of experience working in local government.
During his time at Ridouts Nythan has developed a good understanding of health and social care businesses. He provides assistance to fee earners covering a wide spectrum of issues that affect health and social care providers, including CQC enforcement action and the defence of high value health and safety prosecutions against social care operators. He researches relevant points of law and is involved the management of client files.
He regularly writes on regulatory and operational issues that affect the health and social care sector contributing to a number of key publications within the sector.
Outside of work Nythan enjoys keeping fit, eating out and staying positive.
